This Cookie Policy explains how NODA FINTECH INC., operating the NodaPay brand (“NodaPay”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on nodapay.ai and docs.nodapay.ai (the “Websites”). It also applies, where relevant, to NodaPay merchant account interfaces, payment pages and other NodaPay-operated online interfaces that link to this policy (together, the “Online Services”).

2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits. They are used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and to understand how websites are used.

Authentication and security (merchant account and payment interfaces)
When you sign in to a merchant account or use a payment interface, we use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to authenticate you, keep your session secure, prevent unauthorised access and protect transactions. They are set only on the domains used for these interfaces, are not used for advertising or analytics, and do not require consent.

Analytics and marketing
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social media cookies.
4. Hosting and security logs
Our Websites are hosted on Amazon Web Services. When you visit them, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and reliability. This does not involve placing cookies on your device.
Similar technical logs may be generated when users access merchant account or payment interfaces, where these interfaces are hosted or operated by NodaPay or its service providers. These logs are distinct from cookies and are further addressed in our Privacy Policy.
5. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect how the Websites work and may prevent you from signing in to or using secure merchant account features.
Where we use cookies that require consent, we will ask for your consent before setting them. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting those cookies through your browser settings.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the technologies we use or when the law requires. The “Last updated” date shows when it was last changed.
